When your print arrives, you may notice slight differences from the photo as it appeared on your computer screen. This is due to the fact that very few personal computer monitors are calibrated to accurately display color and contrast. The computers, monitors and printers (and even separate ink batches) used to create these prints are collectively calibrated at regular intervals to insure that every print appears the same as all others in their edition. If, however, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund. Please note: the process of preparing an ink-jet print is fairly labor intensive, and a period of several days' drying time is necessary to prevent out-gassing that could potentially "fog" the glass of a picture frame. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
All prints are matted with extra-thick, acid-free, museum-white cotton-rag mat and black inner bevel that perfectly complements most images. Matting ensures that the print is protected during shipping, and the final piece is ready-made for framing. If you prefer to customize your matting and framing options, the print is easily removed and re-matted by your local frame-shop expert. In order to retain the full value of the print, we recommend that it not be permanently affixed to any backing material. Conservation framing practices allow the print to float under the pull of gravity within the frame of your choice. Because of this, you may notice a slight waviness to the print as the fine-art paper reacts to changes in temperature and humidity over time. This should not detract from the value (or your enjoyment) of the image - think of it as the "personality" of the art!
